In more recent years newer community have installed white vinyl windows and doors to help with UV and they have attempted to reduce heat gain. Some lower costing windows do not have enough argon gas, therefore they are not as effective as better quality more expensive windows. Either way we highly recommend installing solar screens to keep you home cool!
